He is a renowned economist and has served in various international bodies. He was a former Vice President of African Development Bank (ADB) and was the Nigeria’s candidate for the election of the president of ADB in 2005. He is the Vice Chairman of the University of Ibadan Advancement board and the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman, Governing Council of Adekunle Ajasin University. He has received several honours from different nations (Burkina Faso, Republic of Mali and Republic of Niger). In Nigeria, he has been honoured with the Officer of the Order of the Niger, OON of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He also holds traditional titles from Nigeria and Cameroun.

Abams Aquatic Farms and Honey Duke Confectionaries and Bakery;Member of Trustee, Governing board of Yaba College of Technology; Member of Trustee, Institute of Technology, Nigeria.
Chief (Dr) M.O. Abraham is the chief Executive and executive vice chairman of the group. He is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with Master degree in Technology and management and an honourary Doctorate degree in Science (D.Sc).
Chief (Dr) M.O. Abraham is a recipient of several awards which include: Fellowship institute of Sales Management of Nigeria. National merit Award in
water engineering technology construction, Forum 93. Transparent Patriotism
Merit Award. ECOWAS distinguished Corporate Achievers and NUBIFIE awards of excellence .......amongst others. He has attended several professional courses, conferences and seminars both locally and aboard.

He holds a Masters degree in Strategic Studies and International Relations. He also has several degrees from Military Academy, Abroad.

He worked with NNPC between 1974 and 1997, and rose to Manager and Executive Director of NETCO (Joint Venture Company of NNPc/Bechtel). He was for five years, the Head of the Personnel Unit of OPEC Secretariat in Vienna, Austria. He was a Director of Wema Bank PLC, Chairman of Oyo State Gas Development Company. He schooled and worked on different part of the world.
Egbon, as he is foundly called, loves reading so much that up till 2005, he went back to Lagos business School and studied Corporate Governance. he has abut five (5) publications to his credit on Management, Human Resources and Technology Acquisation. He is serving on the Board of many reputable companies. |

From 2005 to date, he has been the Chairman of the Banking Industry Public Enlightenment Committee. He was the Vice Chairman of Institute of Directors (IoD), Nigerian- Spanish Association and the Chairman of Fleet Technologies. He is on the board of about 19 Associations/Corporations within and outside the country.

He was once the Assistant Chief Engineer of Uren Construction Co. Ltd- the firm that built FESTAC town main waterworks and provided other services. He later worked as the Chief Engineer of Balakhany Nig. Ltd- the British company that introduced borehole drilling/underground water extraction in the country. He is the Managing Director of Shamadek Nig. Ltd. And Executive Director of Tanus Property Development Ltd.

He worked with the Ministry of Works , Ondo state and later with Seg. Mahsen as the first General Manager. He laid a solid foundation and a thriving culture in the company before joining Jimbas & Co. Nig Ltd in Port Harcourt as a Managing Director. He is the Chairman of JBZ ventures (Nig) Ltd.
